West Point Grey Baptist Church is “a community gathered by God in Jesus Christ... to share His overflowing love”. The fellowship shares this love in prayer and worship, in learning and growth, and through service and outreach. In 1970, in response to a recognized need to quality Early Childhood Education in our community, we opened the doors of Little Ark Preschool. Our vision for the school was to share our space and resources with our friends and neighbours in an open and accepting way. In September of 1970 the school became a reality and the first children enrolled.  Eleven 3-year olds and nine 4-year olds made up the first classes under the supervision of Mrs. Tina Toll.

West Point Grey Baptist Church remains committed to serving the families of Vancouver and we are thrilled with the quality of teaching and sense of community that Little Ark Preschool provides. The church also runs its own programming for children of all ages during their Sunday morning classes (9:30-11) and our Sunday morning Worship Gathering (11-12:15).
